This is the piano tutorial for my version of the song "Friend Like Me" - the famous song from Aladdin Disney cartoon and console game. Hopefully this will help you to play it the way I did in the certain YouTube Video.

Man, very nice job!

Thank you very much for your time, it is great, you explain very clearly and very good!

spacibo tebe dorogoi drug i horoshaya rabota :)

This is an osm song, thanks so much!

THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH!!! I Love this song and this tutorial made it so easy to learn!!! You are very talented and I used a lot of your extra trills and extended chords.

WHAT THE?!?!?

STOP SPEAKING IN FREAKING CHORDS!!! NOT ALL OF US KNOW THEM.

That's exactly why, dear

That's exactly why, dear visitor, I have that camera looking down on the keyboard like that. : )

Notes

PLease post the notes to that song!

I would... Only I don't have

I would... Only I don't have them. It's improvised. :) Unfortunately I don't have time to record notes using MIDI, and if I did do that - it would've came out ugly and impossible to parse. :)

you play great!

thanks a lot for this movie
keep doing it,I am sure there are lots of songs (disney and others) you thought about
I know I will find it very useful...
just one thing - maybe you should do the hard parts a little bit more slowly, even once for each part,
so the viewer could watch it 100 times if he likes, you know...
anyway - good job!

p.s - where are you from?

Thank you for encouragement.

Thank you for encouragement. I will try to find time to make more of these videos.
I'm from mother Russia : ), but living in New York City.

thats a great song, and you

thats a great song, and you played it well too. I think you should have swung it however. its a jazzy song and things like that are important when teaching beginners about music. the swing feel to this or syncopation adds a great deal to it. thats amazing how you take the tiem to set everything up and post it on here so people can learn how to make music for free. awesome job

ameteur speakin'

dat much is agreed, i don't know what i'd do without you youtubers showin' me my way around the keyboard especially seein' as i can't read music sheets. but me bein' in my ameteur ways will take aaaayyyyyyyygeees if ever i am able to play it. thank you for the lesson :D
